Appointment & Arrival
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in and pre-service notes.
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may require rescheduling.
Walk-ins are welcome when available; appointments take priority.
Cancellation
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a fee or deposit loss.
Deposits & Refunds
Certain services require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.
Products are typically non-returnable or refundable for sanitary purposes. In-store refill stations are provided. Services are at management’s discretion.
